Copperas Cove CrimeStoppers is funded by private donations and fundraising.  Other than the professional staff assigned by law enforcement agencies to coordinate with the program, NO TAX DOLLARS are involved.

We accomplish our mission as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation without government funding. We are totally dependent on individuals, local businesses, foundations, and organizations for continued support. Your donations are used to fund the day-to-day efforts to solve cases, act on tips from the community that identify and locate known criminals and alert police to ongoing criminal activities. Donations also fund the reward program, which encourages the community to provide vital information in the location and capture of criminals.
